Procedures for Order Operation

1. Price and Terms

 A. Buyers offer the needed details for our quotation (designs, fabric/accessories descriptions, size spec sheet, quantity, packing methods and special requirements). Or original sample is better.

 B. We quote the FOB, CNF or CIF prices subject to buyer’s decision and discuss the terms.

2. Sample Procedures

A. Firstly, arrange making first sample for approval in substitutive fabrics and accessories after got approval for the quoted price and terms. Meanwhile send accessories, fabric quality swatch and color dips for approval. It’s about 5-7 days to prepare the samples.

B. Secondly we produce small lot actual fabrics and accessories and send for buyer’s approval. It will take about 10-15 days.

C. Thirdly we make fit and PP samples in actual fabrics and accessories for final approval before production. It will take about 10-15days.Only accept the quantity each piece one size in assorted colors per style.

D. Finally, send the production samples or shipping samples for approval 10 days before delivery. Only accept the quantity each piece one size in assorted colors per style.   

3. Quality Control & Inspection

A. We have in-house quality control for each step and go forward with buyer’s approval to ensure good quality.

B. Accept buyer’s inspection or appointed Third Party inspection for first production, during and final production inspections.

4. Payment

 A. After first sample approved, sign the contract. Buyer arrange the down payment for T/T or open the L/C, when get the payment or L/C and then we proceed the step B in the sample procedures.

 B. 7-10 days before shipping, we will e-mail invoice and packing list for the balance payment for T/T term.

5. Shipping

 When we get the balance payment, we will arrange the shipping and advise the shipping details. Buyers’ appointed forwarder is accepted.

P. S.

A. Total Lead Time is about 2-3 months subject to the order quantity.

B. Buyer need to pay the samples and samples will be sent by collect before order placed.

C. When get the down payment or L/C, we will send fit samples, PP samples free in pre-paid.

D. Production samples, we can offer free but buyer needs to pay the courier charges. Quantity only accepted each piece one size in assorted colors per style. If over the quantity, we need to charge the excess samples.
